Electronic Arts Mobile has announced that it will be launching the Rock Band game on the iPhone later this month. You can play it solo or with 2-4 band mates using the Bluetooth multiplayer option. You can bail out your mates when they miss their notes using overdrive. There are four ways to play: Rock out on guitar, bass, drums and vocals to MP3-quality songs. You can choose your difficulty level from easy, medium or difficult, and play along 20 songs from bands like Smashing Pumpkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Foo Fighters, Blink-182, The Beastie Boys, and more. Start out by playing in the grungy drives and work your way to stadium-rock stardom. Additional tracks from OK Go, Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, Lenny Kravitz, Social Distortion, Devo, and more can be purchased from the in-game music store. EA has not announced the price of this game yet.
